Synopsis[]
Ganghyeok is ruined. His gym business is failing and there's no way he can pay off his debts. But one night, while reading his favorite author's latest webnovel, he gets sucked into a world of martial arts fantasy and wakes up as a child monk in the Shaolin temple. There, he must apply his knowledge of modern fitness to survive their strict training, juggle the friends and enemies he makes along the way, and find a way to get back home.

Ganghyeok Choi / Muijin[]
Ganghyeok Choi was injured in war and delved into a variety of exercises good for the body and even studied nutrition, even becoming a nationally famous fitness trainer. A member of the Discipline Hall - a group that maintains law and order in Shaolin. He was given many nicknames including Wild Dog and the Inquisitor.
Mugyeong[]
A novice Shaolin disciple of Arhat Hall who was beaten up by Mutae and his gang. Mugyeon's father is a servant of the Seo clan. He was enlisted when Master Hyemun went to enlist Mutae and saw his potential. Mutate did not like treating Mugyeong as an equal so he beat him up.
Mutae[]
The only child of the Seo clan, a Shaolin Sect clan of trade merchant protectors (they engaged in trade as well).
