David and his professional tear down crew had to deal with weather issues but were able to tear it down in two days. Then the metal roof was put up in one morning by a crew of at least 10. I’m so impressed with the quick service and how it looks. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend Leak Busters

I received a letter from my Insurance company stating that they were going to drop me because my roof was 15 years old. Although I didn't need a roof, I was confused and tried to have the insurance company send an inspector to inspect my roof before they made me get a new roof. This was not an option and I was told that it was their policy not to insure roofs after 15 years. A search of other insurance companies all stated the same and would not give me insurance. I contacted Rich from Leak busters and he came out to check my roof. From the first day, I made contact with him, he was honest and very fair with his pricing. I entered into a contract and I had my new roof installed with no issues. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his company. If you find yourself needing a new roof, I would highly recommend Leak Busters. They are fair and very attentive to all my questions. Rich and his crew made this awful situation a lot easier for my wife and me to cope with this unjust burden placed on me by the insurance industry. Again, I would like to thank Rich and his staff for the professional work he did on my house. In a world filled with scammers he is honest and a true professional.

We just had a roof put on by Leak Busters. I can't say enough positive about the experience. The price was great. From Richie and his front office to the work crew, they were professional, organized and responsive to all of our questions. We had at least 7 estimates from different local companies. Once we decided to go with Leak Busters we were on the schedule very quickly. The crew showed up as promised, 8 am and had the tear off of the shingles and installation of the metal roof for the gable part done in one day. They cleaned the entire area and we didn't find as much as a piece of shingle or any nails laying around. They returned to prepare the flat section of the roof, scraped, patched and sealed all the seams. Then top coated the entire flat roof with silicone sealant. Highly recommend.

Leakbusters repaired and replaced tiles and damage on our barrel tile roof. They were exceptionally responsive to our request, especially during these crazy pandemic times. The communication, follow through and work performed were impeccable. Richie was honest , professional and very reasonable with his estimate. The administrative staff is amazing/professional and the gentlemen completing the work were thorough, respectful and efficient.
